My Story
With over 25 years of professional experience, Mayerlin Fana has built her career supporting executives, senior leaders, and organizations across financial services, professional services, human resources, talent development, and executive administration.
Her experience includes supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership, managing complex calendars and executive priorities, coordinating high-level meetings and travel, supporting HR and people operations, managing onboarding and employee processes, overseeing learning and development systems, coordinating projects and events, and helping organizations create greater structure and efficiency behind the scenes.
Having worked within organizations including Bank of America/Merrill, Fidelity Investments, Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs, Castle Management, Weston Christian Academy, and Provenance Wealth Advisors, Mayerlin brings a unique combination of executive support, operational knowledge, financial-services experience, and people-centered leadership support to every partnership.
But for Mayerlin, Called to Serve is more than a business name—it reflects the heart behind her work. Her Christian faith has shaped how she approaches leadership and service: with integrity, humility, excellence, stewardship, and genuine care for others. She believes the gifts and experience God has entrusted to her are meant to be used purposefully in service to others.
Today, as Founder & Executive Partnership Consultant of Called to Serve Business Solutions, Mayerlin brings her experience and faith together with a clear purpose: to serve leaders with excellence, create order behind the scenes, and give them greater capacity to focus on the work they have been called to lead.
